The price is fixed and confirmed before departure. It does not change based on route, traffic, time of day or weather. You pay exactly what you see at booking.
How can I pay?
By credit or debit card online (Visa, Mastercard) or BLIK. Payment is taken at the time of booking. We do not accept cash — the driver does not collect any payment.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes. We offer child seats for ages 0-12 (group 0+, I, II/III). Just specify the child's age when booking — the seat will be installed in the vehicle.
Can I change the destination after booking?
Yes. You can change the address in the booking panel, by SMS or phone to our team, or directly with the driver during the ride. For longer route changes a price adjustment may apply.
How does a premium transfer differ from an airport taxi?
The driver waits inside the terminal (not in a parking lot), tracks your flight, helps with luggage and follows a pre-planned route in a premium Mercedes. The price is fixed. An airport taxi means a random car, a meter and hoping the driver knows the address.
Do you also serve Warsaw Modlin Airport (WMI)?
Yes. Modlin is part of our Warsaw hub. The transfer from Modlin to central Warsaw takes about 50-70 minutes. The driver waits at the WMI terminal with the same service standard as at Chopin.
