Arrivals for congresses in Sala Kongresowa, film premieres at Kinoteka and New Year events organised on Plac Defilad require an agreed drop-off point in advance. During major events Plac Defilad is partially closed to traffic and the organiser indicates the nearest authorised stop for limousines. For viewing terrace guests, the most convenient pickup zone is from Marszalkowska Street, near the panoramic lift entrance.
