Warsaw Airport (WAW) -> PGE Narodowy transfer

The transfer from WAW covers about 14 km and usually takes 25-35 minutes. The route normally starts via Żwirki i Wigury and Raszyńska towards the city centre, but the final approach depends on live conditions at the Vistula crossings. Most Poniatowskiego is often the faster option when Aleje Jerozolimskie is moving well and the destination is the area near Rondo Waszyngtona. Most Świętokrzyski can be the better choice when the central corridor is saturated, temporary event traffic controls are active or access is easier from the calmer side of the stadium.

On concert and match days, the final few hundred metres often matter more than the airport distance itself. Security screening, fan zones, short-stop restrictions and the simultaneous arrival of coaches, taxis and private cars can slow the last segment noticeably. For that reason we confirm in advance whether the drop-off should be at the general entrance, a VIP zone, a business access point or another location specified by the organiser. For corporate guests, sponsors and senior teams, we can coordinate several vehicles so the whole group reaches the venue within one planned arrival window.

We also handle return pickups after the programme, when traffic pressure around the stadium is at its highest. In practice it is better to agree a precise meeting point and a realistic departure time in advance instead of assuming the car will be able to wait at the first exit from the stands. This approach works well for concerts, national team matches, partner events and evening business functions. A transfer to PGE Narodowy should be predictable, calm and adapted to the operating logic of a large stadium, not only to the street address.
