How does invoicing work?

At the end of each month you receive a single consolidated VAT invoice for all completed rides. No more reconciling individual trips, receipts, or bills from multiple providers.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. You can start without any time commitments. A short consultation to set up terms is all it takes. Billing only begins once rides are completed.

How much do rides cost?

Every company receives a custom rate card tailored to routes, frequency, and vehicle class. Prices are fixed — no surge pricing, no hidden fees. We agree on rates during the consultation.

How quickly can I get started?

Immediately. You can place your first booking during the initial call with your manager. Portal setup and rate card usually take one business day, but urgent rides are handled right away.

What vehicles are available?

Our fleet is exclusively Mercedes-Benz: E-Class (Business, up to 3 pax), S-Class (First Class, up to 3 pax) and V-Class (Business Van, up to 6 pax). Sprinter available on request for groups.

Do you handle international routes?

Yes. We operate transfers to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany and Austria. Longer routes are available on request. International pricing is set individually.

How does the client portal work?

The portal is an online panel where you book a transfer in 30 seconds, track the chauffeur live, browse ride history, manage passengers and favourite routes, and download invoices. Multiple team members can have access.

What if I need a last-minute transfer?

We are available 24/7, 365 days a year. Pre-booked rides are confirmed instantly. Ad-hoc requests are fulfilled within minutes, depending on availability.
