A typical day begins with a hotel pickup and a run to Fira Gran Via. During show week the traffic around L'Hospitalet can be dense, so departures are planned with margin and routed via Gran Via, the Ronda Litoral or the C-31 depending on the hour. Between sessions the chauffeur stays on call: drop-offs for client meetings across the city, waiting time outside each office, and the next address without rebooking a car.
Airport pickups at Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat happen in the arrivals hall of Terminal T1 or T2. The chauffeur waits with a name board and flight status is tracked live, so a delay costs you neither your driver nor a surcharge. After landing you have 60 minutes of free waiting. All of Barcelona sits inside the ZBE low-emission zone (Zona de Baixes Emissions) and every one of our Mercedes complies.
The fleet includes the Mercedes E-Class, the S-Class and the V-Class for larger delegations and stand equipment. For groups we combine several cars into one fleet with a single point of contact. The fare is fixed at booking and stays fixed, with no meter and no surcharges. VAT invoice on request. Payment is online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, no cash.

Booking with a day plan You give us the congress week dates, your hotel, the Fira Gran Via or CCIB halls and the meetings you expect. The fare is set at booking and stays fixed.

Pickup and first run The chauffeur meets you at El Prat or your hotel with a name board and drives to the venue via Gran Via, the Ronda Litoral or the C-31, avoiding the L'Hospitalet bottleneck.

On call all day The same chauffeur stays with you: client meetings at several points, returns to Fira and evening events, with no need to rebook a car between stops.

Invoice and payment Afterwards we issue a VAT invoice on request. Payment is online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, with no cash and no surcharges.
