Can the car reach my hotel in the Old Town?
Mostly yes, though the historic core (the Main Square and the lanes around it) is a limited-traffic zone closed to cars. Your chauffeur knows the permitted approaches and stops as close to the entrance as the rules allow, reaching Hotel Stary, Pod Różą or Bonerowski Palace from the right side without circling the Square. Give us the hotel name when you book and we'll plan the pickup point.
Where exactly do I meet the chauffeur at Balice?
The chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a name board (or your company logo), just past baggage reclaim. After you land, you get an SMS with the driver's exact position and a direct number. We track the flight live, so whether you arrive early or late, the car is already there. 60 minutes of waiting after landing is included.
How much is a transfer from Balice, and how is the price set?

I'm going to Zakopane in winter — how long does the drive really take?
In summer the 105-120 km from Krakow is about 1 h 45 min. In winter and at weekends the Zakopianka can stretch it to three hours. Our drivers know when to take the Lubień bypass and when to set off to miss the worst of it, so we plan the pickup around weather and time of day, not a timetable.
Do I need to buy the Wieliczka or Auschwitz tickets myself?
Entry to the Wieliczka Salt Mine and to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial runs on a pre-booked time slot, and in season those slots sell out well ahead. We build the whole day around your entry time: the chauffeur collects you with time to spare, waits in the car park during the visit (Wieliczka about 2-3 hours, Auschwitz 3-4) and drives you back afterwards. I have a lot of luggage: skis, golf clubs, a pushchair. Which car?
Tell us the number of cases and any special items (skis, golf, pushchair) when booking and we'll match the car. The V-Class seats seven, or six in comfort with full luggage, with room enough that skis for the Zakopianka or golf bags don't ride on your lap. The chauffeur loads and unloads everything.
