Do you carry child seats and booster seats?
Yes. Child seats in groups 0+ (0-13 kg), 1 (9-18 kg), 2 (15-25 kg) and 3 (22-36 kg), plus booster seats for ages 4-11 — all included. Please mention the children's ages and weights at booking so we can fit the right seats. The Mercedes V-Class extended fits up to four seats simultaneously. Do I pay extra for ULEZ and the Congestion Charge?
No. Our entire Mercedes fleet meets Euro 6 and is exempt from the ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone) charge. The Congestion Charge across central London (Mon-Fri 07:00-18:00, weekend 12:00-18:00) is built into the price — the passenger pays nothing on top.
