The car does half the work. The chauffeur does the other half.

We select chauffeurs on three non-negotiable criteria: a verified clean driving record, the ability to handle corporate guests, and language. Technical preparation comes after — and it means continuous training, not a one-off course.

Technical training

  • Annual defensive-driving course, with a dedicated Mercedes Sprinter Defensive Driving module for V-Class drivers
  • Driver-assist updates (DISTRONIC, MBUX, AIRMATIC) with every new model added to the fleet
  • Winter briefing: techniques for snow and ice, chain handling, winter tyre pressure checks

Appearance and protocol

  • Dark suit or classic two-piece, white shirt, polished shoes — standard for every assignment
  • Door opening, luggage handling, airport meet-and-greet with name board
  • Complete discretion: the chauffeur never initiates conversation unless the guest does

Regular technical inspections

Every vehicle passes the official Polish technical inspection every 12 months (mandatory for cars used to carry passengers) plus our own internal check every 5,000 km. Tyres replaced in pairs when the tread reaches 4 mm — not the legal 1.6 mm minimum.

Authorised dealer servicing

The three Mercedes vehicles are serviced at the official Mercedes-Benz dealer — full service history and original parts. The Škoda Superb follows the same protocol at an authorised Škoda dealer.

Licensed in Poland, Central European reach

Polish passenger transport licence with officially registered chauffeurs. We operate across seven Central European countries — Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Germany, Switzerland — with main hubs in Warsaw, Krakow, Gdansk, Prague, Vienna, Budapest, Berlin. International routes on request.

Questions we hear about the fleet

How many passengers and how much luggage fit in each vehicle?

Mercedes S-Class Long: up to 3 passengers, 2 large cases + 1 carry-on. Mercedes E-Class: up to 3 passengers, 2 large cases. Škoda Superb L&K: up to 3 passengers, 2 large cases + 1 carry-on. Mercedes V-Class Extra Long: up to 6 passengers, up to 6 large cases. For larger groups or oversized luggage (skis, golf, photo gear) we propose a second support vehicle — write to us and we will work the answer out together.

Do you provide child seats? Are they billed separately?

Yes. We carry ECE R44/04 and R129 i-Size approved seats in three sizes: infant carrier (0–13 kg), child seat (9–18 kg) and booster (15–36 kg). Included in the service, no surcharge — we just ask for the number and age of the children at booking, so the chauffeur arrives with the seat already installed. ISOFIX available on E-Class, V-Class and S-Class.

Can I travel with my dog or cat?

Yes, we accept small and medium pets. We ask for a hard carrier or a seat cover that you bring along — to protect the leather interior. For large dogs we recommend the V-Class Extra Long, where the luggage hold offers more space. Please note the pet when booking: the chauffeur will arrive with an additional protective cover.

How does payment work? Do you accept foreign cards and corporate transfers?

Three options. Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) — online before the ride or on board via terminal. Corporate transfer — invoice with 14-day terms, in EUR or PLN. Cash — accepted but not encouraged for services above 500 PLN. For recurring corporate clients we open a monthly account with consolidated invoicing at month end.

Do you issue invoices with a VAT ID?

Yes. We issue invoices to companies or private individuals with a VAT or tax ID, in PDF format sent by email within 24 hours of the service. On request we provide additional documentation for travel-expense reporting. The invoice shows the payment currency (EUR or PLN) and the applied exchange rate.

Can I change the pickup time after booking?

Yes, changes are free up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup. Send an email or SMS to the booking number — we confirm within minutes. For delayed flights — even at the last moment — flight tracking is automatic: the chauffeur adjusts pickup to the actual landing time, with no surcharge.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup — full refund if payment has been made. Between 24 and 4 hours before: 50% charge. Under 4 hours or no-show: 100% charge. For VIP service with special preparation (V-Class in conference layout, S-Class on diplomatic detail) a dedicated policy applies, which we share at the quote stage.

Can I choose my chauffeur?

Yes, for returning guests we keep a chauffeur preference on file. If you have travelled with us and connected well with a particular chauffeur, write the name when booking and we will try to assign the same person (subject to availability). For monthly-account corporate clients we maintain a preference list — the system assigns the preferred chauffeur automatically when free.
