Pickup happens in the arrivals hall of Terminal T1 or T2, where the chauffeur waits with a name board. Flight status is tracked live, so a delay or an early landing does not change the arrangement. After you land there are 60 minutes of free waiting, a calm margin for baggage reclaim and the walk through the hall.
The route from El Prat follows the C-31 and the Ronda Litoral along the coast, with the usual slowdown around L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. The drive normally takes thirty to forty-five minutes depending on the hour; in summer the beach traffic and Barceloneta's narrow lanes can stretch the final stretch. The whole district sits inside the ZBE low-emission zone (Zona de Baixes Emissions), and every one of our Mercedes vehicles complies.
The fleet offers the Mercedes E-Class, S-Class and V-Class for larger luggage or a group. The fare is fixed at booking and stays fixed, with no meter and no surcharges. Payment is online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, with no cash handled. A VAT invoice is available on request. It is a straightforward arrangement for waterfront hotel guests and for travellers heading straight to the cruise terminal.
