The journey from Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat usually takes about 25-35 minutes, depending on the time of day. The chauffeur follows the C-31 and the Ronda Litoral, then the Gran Via and up the Passeig de Gracia. In the evening and at peak hours the bottleneck around L'Hospitalet de Llobregat adds time, so we plan a sensible margin. All of Barcelona sits inside the ZBE low-emission zone and every one of our Mercedes complies.
Pickup is in the arrivals hall of Terminal T1 or T2, where the chauffeur waits with a name board. Flight status is tracked live, and after landing you have 60 minutes of free waiting, which is comfortable for baggage reclaim and passport control. The fare is fixed at booking, with no meter and no surcharges. Payment is online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, with no cash.
Set-down is on the Passeig de Gracia or on the Provenca side, right by the entrance. This suits hotel guests staying in the Eixample, visitors heading up to the rooftop with its chimney sculptures, and guests attending concerts or dinners on the terrace.
