The route from El Prat follows the C-31 and Ronda Litoral, then Gran Via towards Plaça d'Espanya. In normal traffic the drive takes about 20–30 minutes, though at peak hours it is worth allowing for the bottleneck around L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. All of Barcelona sits inside the ZBE low-emission zone (Zona de Baixes Emissions) and every one of our Mercedes vehicles complies, so access to the fairgrounds is unrestricted.
On congress and gala days the traffic around the Fira can be dense, so for larger delegations we plan the set-down along Av. Reina Maria Cristina or the side approaches, away from the main promenade. The chauffeur stays in contact and adjusts the drop-off to the gate you are heading for. The fare is fixed at booking, with no meter and no surcharges on the day.
The service suits exhibition attendees, speakers, company boards and guests of evening events who value a calm, punctual arrival. We offer the Mercedes E-Class, S-Class and V-Class, the latter for teams and exhibition luggage. A VAT invoice is available on request, and payment is made online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not handle cash.
