Wedding-day routes usually start from central Barcelona or a city-edge hotel, leaving via the Ronda Litoral and Gran Via, then taking the AP-7 toward the Penedès or north toward the Costa Brava. The bottleneck around L'Hospitalet de Llobregat can stretch a transfer, so pickup times are set with margin and alternative stretches are planned in advance. Every one of our Mercedes vehicles complies with the ZBE low-emission zone (Zona de Baixes Emissions), so entering the centre and leaving the city happens without restriction.
When the couple or guests fly in for the celebration, we collect them at Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN), in the arrivals halls of Terminals T1 and T2. The chauffeur waits with a name board, flight status is tracked live, and after landing there are 60 minutes of free waiting. The fare is fixed at booking, with no meter and no surcharges for traffic or for the stops between ceremony and reception.
This service suits weddings at masias outside Barcelona, ceremonies in Penedès wineries, and receptions along the Costa Brava, where guest arrivals and returns need to align with the timeline of the day. Booking and the day plan You give the date, the ceremony and reception locations, and the number of guests. We set routes, pickup times and vehicles. The price is fixed at booking.

Coordination with the planner The chauffeur receives the timeline and connects with the person running the day. We agree the order of transfers for the couple and the guests.

The wedding day A formally dressed chauffeur arrives with time to spare and drives discreetly and on time. The couple travels in the S-Class, the guests in the V-Class.

Returns after the reception Once the celebration ends we take guests back to their hotels and the couple to the address given. Payment is online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; VAT invoice on request.
