Pickup happens in the arrivals hall of Terminal T1 or T2, where the chauffeur waits with a name board. Flight status is tracked live and departure from the airport is adjusted if the plane is delayed, with no additional charge. Sixty minutes of free waiting after landing is included. Our entire Mercedes fleet complies with the ZBE low-emission zone (Zona de Baixes Emissions), which covers the whole district.
The main corridor is the Ronda Litoral along the coast, with Gran Via as an alternative when traffic builds. During peak hours (08:00-09:30 and 17:00-19:00) the usual bottleneck is the L'Hospitalet de Llobregat junction just past the airport, and we build that buffer into pickup planning. For guests arriving for an exhibition or congress at the CCIB and Fòrum we time departure to the registration window, and to the Meliá Barcelona Sky and Hotel SB hotels we deliver guests straight to the entrance.
The district's grid of wide avenues makes drop-off at a specific address straightforward, even with congress luggage or exhibition equipment. Mercedes E-Class, S-Class and V-Class are available for individuals, teams and trade-fair freight. The fare is fixed at booking - no meter, no surcharges for traffic, night hours or luggage. Payment is online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, no cash. A VAT invoice is issued on request after the ride.
