Pickup is in the arrivals hall of Terminal T1 or T2, where the chauffeur waits with a name board. Flight status is tracked live, so a delay or an early landing changes nothing, and we allow 60 minutes of free waiting after you land. The fare is set when you book, with no meter and no surcharges. The CCIB sits inside the ZBE low-emission zone, and every Mercedes in our fleet complies.
The route follows the C-31 and the Ronda Litoral along the coast toward the Forum, typically 25 to 35 minutes outside peak hours. The recurring slow point is the stretch around L'Hospitalet de Llobregat near the airport, and on heavy congress mornings the approach roads to Diagonal Mar tighten. The chauffeur plans the timing around your session, not the other way round.

The CCIB has a covered set-down on Plaça de Willy Brandt, off the Rambla de Prim and the coastal access roads. The chauffeur drops you directly at the main entrance facing the Forum esplanade; on busy congress mornings access tightens, so a few extra minutes are built into the timing.
