After landing, your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals with a name board and assists with the luggage. At Polonia Palace, the operational priority is a well-timed approach in a very busy part of the city: Aleje Jerozolimskie, the Rotunda area, public transport stops and Central Station access roads all create a location where a short stopping window needs to be used well. With local curbside experience, the chauffeur can bring you to the hotel entrance without forcing a longer walk around the block with bags.
The paid parking zone is standard here and does not change the fare. What matters more are bus lanes, taxi activity, road works and heavy pedestrian flow, especially at peak times. This becomes important on late arrivals, for families with children and for business stays when you need to move directly from the car to reception or a meeting in the centre. When required, we can assign a larger vehicle for extra luggage, trade-fair equipment or several passengers travelling together.
The fare includes meet and greet, live flight tracking, 60 minutes of waiting time after landing, luggage assistance and a child seat on request. We also arrange return airport transfers and rides between the hotel and business addresses in central Warsaw. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. Cash is not accepted.
