After landing, your chauffeur waits inside arrivals with a name board, assists with the luggage and takes you straight to the vehicle. Operationally, Marriott requires good timing around Central Station, the hotel driveway and the short-stop zones on Aleje Jerozolimskie. During peak hours, taxi flows, hotel coaches, station traffic and conference transfers all overlap here, so a precisely planned approach to the entrance makes a real difference.
The paid parking zone does not affect the transfer price, but it does mean we do not leave guests with suitcases at a random stopping point. The chauffeur organises direct access at the entrance and coordinates with the hotel team when necessary. This matters especially on business trips with larger luggage, on late arrivals and whenever you need to step from the vehicle into the lobby and lifts without walking along a busy section of Aleje Jerozolimskie.
The fare includes meet and greet, live flight tracking, 60 minutes of waiting time after landing, luggage assistance and a child seat on request. We also arrange return airport transfers, pickups from business meetings and rides between the hotel and offices in central Warsaw. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. Cash is not accepted.
