MSPO follows its own logistics. Government and military delegations enter the grounds, accreditation and vehicle passes apply, security checks operate at the gates, and traffic peaks the day before opening and on the first morning of the exhibition.

At booking we therefore ask for the hall or gate number, the accreditation time and whether the passenger uses exhibitor access, the delegation entrance or general visitor flow. If the organiser issues separate vehicle passes, sharing them in advance matters: without one, the final few hundred metres can take longer than the whole drive from Warsaw.

We also handle return transfers, rides between the fairground and hotels, and multi-day programmes for exhibitors. The closest hotel is Hotel Tęczowy Młyn at ul. Zakładowa 4, effectively next door, followed by Hotel S7 on ul. Przęsłowa about a kilometre away.

City-centre hotels such as Grand Hotel Kielce, Qubus and Hotel Dal sit roughly five and a half kilometres from Zakładowa, with Binkowski Hotel just under nine. On fair days those few kilometres are often the least predictable part of the schedule, so hotel-venue-hotel runs are planned in advance rather than called on demand.
