The transfer from WAW covers about 12 km and usually takes 20-35 minutes. The route often runs via Żwirki i Wigury and then the Łazienkowska corridor or the city centre, depending on live conditions on Raszyńska, Waryńskiego and the junctions around the Łazienkowski bridge approach. On concert and sports dates, traffic near Łazienkowska can become denser shortly before doors open, so passengers with premium tickets, guest-list access or organiser meetings should allow a sensible buffer. The last segment can take longer than expected even when the airport part of the journey moves efficiently.
For MMA galas, concerts and sponsor events, we confirm in advance whether the target point is the main entrance, a premium zone, a technical access point or a pickup location for a special guest. The chauffeur can assist with luggage, promotional materials, light equipment or event wardrobe, and for larger groups we coordinate several vehicles to avoid delays at one gate. This matters most when the schedule is tight and every minute before the programme has operational value.
Post-event pickups are best planned in advance because the crowd leaves the hall quickly and the surrounding streets offer limited short-stop capacity. In many cases, a pre-agreed meeting point works better than waiting directly at the main exit. We handle individual passengers as well as sponsors, artists, fighters and company guests. A transfer to Torwar should simplify the day schedule and provide predictable arrival together with a calm return after the event.
Arrival logistics
Passengers are dropped as close as possible to the entrance at 6a Łazienkowska Street, subject to live traffic management. On concert and gala dates allow for security checks, short traffic build-ups near the Łazienkowska route and stopping restrictions; return pickup is best agreed in advance.
