The route from WAW covers about 11 km and usually takes 20-30 minutes. The usual approach runs via Zwirki i Wigury, Raszynska and Aleje Jerozolimskie towards Marszalkowska, then Krolewska to Plac Malachowskiego. The final drop-off is at the access zone in front of the main entrance from Plac Malachowskiego. The square is small and parking restrictions apply around it, so the drop-off point is best agreed in advance.
Openings at Zacheta usually take place on Friday evenings and guests arrive in advance. Warsaw Gallery Weekend is organised every year in autumn and includes simultaneous openings at dozens of galleries across Warsaw, including Zacheta. For festival guests we arrange multi-hour transfers between galleries with the chauffeur waiting at an agreed point. Many visitors combine Zacheta with other nearby galleries, including the National Museum on Aleje Jerozolimskie.
This transfer works well for contemporary art connoisseurs, collectors arriving for openings, curators of international delegations and Warsaw Gallery Weekend guests. The chauffeur adjusts the tone of service to the character of the visit - the art world requires calm, discretion and sensibility. After the opening we arrange pickup from dinner at a premium restaurant or a return to the hotel.
