About this route
Route overview
Door-to-door transfer Warsaw to Helsinki is NOT a standard road run - it is a combo of car + Baltic ferry on Tallink Silja Line. 1450 km in total: 380 km on the A1/A4/A2 motorways from Warsaw to the Gdynia ferry terminal, a 17-hour ferry crossing across the Baltic to the port of Helsinki, then a short transfer to a city-centre hotel. Two-day plan: day one Warsaw -> Gdynia (4-5 h of driving, ferry check-in in the afternoon), overnight in a premium cabin on the ferry with dinner in the a la carte restaurant and a view of the bay, morning arrival at the Helsinki hotel. The car travels with the client on the ferry (the ferry fare for the vehicle and the premium cabin is included in the fixed price). A Mercedes V-Class seating 4-6 passengers with room for 6-8 suitcases is the standard for this run. Fixed price from EUR 2,100 one-way or EUR 3,600 round-trip including two crossings. The service runs 24/7 with live route monitoring and one point of contact. An alternative routing around the Baltic via Tallinn (with a 2-hour Tallinn-Helsinki ferry) is longer and is not the standard.
