After landing, your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals with a name board, assists with the luggage and walks you directly to the vehicle. Ruby Marie has its own discreet driveway at the main entrance from Kaiserstraße - drop-off is performed directly at the boutique facade with the iconic Ruby logo, a few steps from the Lean Luxury-style reception/lounge. The specific feature of the last leg: Kaiserstraße is a seventh-district street with access from Mariahilfer Straße and Lerchenfelder Straße, the hotel has a reserved drop-off spot at the entrance. The chauffeur coordinates the drop-off moment with the hotel concierge - this matters in the evening when MuseumsQuartier hosts events. During peak traffic (07:00-09:00 and 16:00-18:00) the bottlenecks are the A23 Praterbrücke, the Gürtel and Mariahilfer Straße - we plan 10-15 minutes of buffer. During Wiener Festwochen (May-June), the MuseumsQuartier Christkindlmarkt (December) and Vienna Design Week we add another 15-20 minutes.

We also handle return transfers for very early departures after MuseumsQuartier concerts, design events or cultural evenings. For couples celebrating occasions we assign Mercedes E-Class or S-Class with pearl welcome, for families V-Class. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. After the airport transfer we offer full-day hourly dispatch with Mercedes E-Class or V-Class for excursions to Schloss Schönbrunn (5 km - closest), Schloss Belvedere (4 km), Klosterneuburg, Bratislava (60 km) and to the Wachau Valley wine region and the Heuriger taverns of Grinzing. In the evening we transport guests to Vienna restaurants - Steirereck, Tian, Konstantin Filippou, Marie Sky Bar - or to concerts at Volkstheater and Konzerthaus, with the chauffeur waiting and returning to the hotel. For guests with a shopping agenda on Mariahilfer Straße we also offer short shopping transfers between H&M, Zara, Peek & Cloppenburg and the Vienna Designer Outlet stores.
