After landing, your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals with a name board, assists with the luggage and walks you directly to the vehicle. Hilton Vienna Park has its own spacious driveway at the main entrance from Am Stadtpark - drop-off is performed at the reserved porte-cochère with Hilton-uniformed doormen, a few steps from the Hilton Premier-style reception. The specific feature of the last leg: Am Stadtpark is a direct artery with good access for vehicles of all classes, the hotel has a large underground car park and a porte-cochère able to organise dozens of limousines simultaneously. The chauffeur coordinates the drop-off moment with the hotel Bell Captain - this matters during conferences when delegations arrive at the same time. During peak traffic (07:00-09:00 and 16:00-18:00) the bottlenecks are the A23 Praterbrücke and Landstraßer Hauptstraße - we plan 10-15 minutes of buffer. During international conferences at Hauptbahnhof and the Vienna International Centre, Stadtpark events and the Christkindlmarkt we add another 15-20 minutes.

Included service covers meet and greet, live flight tracking, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, luggage assistance, still and sparkling water on board and child seats on request. We also handle return transfers for very early departures after conferences, Stadtpark events or Vienna International Centre galas. For couples celebrating occasions we assign Mercedes E-Class or S-Class with pearl welcome, for conference delegations V-Class. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. Cash is not accepted.

After the airport transfer we offer full-day hourly dispatch with Mercedes E-Class or V-Class for excursions to Schloss Schönbrunn (10 km), Schloss Belvedere (2 km), Klosterneuburg, Bratislava (60 km) and to the Wachau Valley wine region and the Heuriger taverns of Grinzing. In the evening we transport guests to Vienna restaurants - Steirereck (next door - inside the Stadtpark), Tian, Konstantin Filippou, Restaurant Lenz - or to concerts at the Musikverein and Konzerthaus, with the chauffeur waiting and returning to the hotel. For conference delegations we also offer short transfers between Hilton Vienna Park and the Vienna International Centre (UN Vienna), the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien and the Quartier Belvedere office towers.
