We regularly serve the VIENNA INTERNATIONAL CENTRE (VIC) at Wagramer Strasse 5 — a complex opened in 1979, 350,000 m² of floor space with extraterritorial UN status, home of UNODC, IAEA, UNIDO, UNOOSA and CTBTO (entry only with accreditation or on an organised tour). Frequent destinations include AUSTRIA CENTER VIENNA (ACV) — the largest congress centre in Austria (24 conference rooms, up to 22,800 delegates), the DC TOWERS — DC Tower 1 (250 m, the tallest building in Austria, designed by Dominique Perrault and opened in 2013), DC Tower 2 (under construction), the Reichsbrücke (a historically significant bridge that collapsed on 1 August 1976 and was rebuilt), ALTE DONAU (a recreational oxbow of the Danube with city beaches, restaurants and boat rentals) and hotels Hilton Vienna Danube Waterfront, Sofitel Stephansdom (neighbouring Leopoldstadt) and ARCOTEL Kaiserwasser.

Donaustadt is operationally one of the easiest parts of Vienna — wide streets, well-planned hotel parking in Donau City and no pedestrian zones around UN HQ. Business addresses in Donau City (DC Tower 1, IZD Tower, Andromeda Tower) have dedicated driveways. Drop-off at the UN HQ requires stopping in front of the Vienna International Centre gate — direct entry to the extraterritorial area is not possible without accreditation. For ACV conference guests we finish at the main entrance Bruno-Kreisky-Platz 1, for Donau City hotel guests — at the specific address. During the morning peak (07:30-09:00) traffic on Wagramer Strasse and the Praterbrücke toward Donau City is significant — driven by UN and office tower commuters.

This route works well for UN delegates and international organisation staff (IAEA, UNODC, UNIDO — accreditations checked at the gate), participants of conferences at Austria Center Vienna (up to 22,800 delegates, EuroPCR, ESC Congress, EAU Congress), business guests in Donau City (OMV, IBM Austria, Magna headquarters), recreational tourists at Alte Donau (April-October season, city beaches and boat rentals) and guests of Hilton Vienna Danube Waterfront and ARCOTEL Kaiserwasser. We operate 24/7. The fare is fixed and confirmed before travel; flight tracking, arrivals pickup with a name board and 60 minutes of waiting after landing are included. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. Child seats, boosters and larger luggage space can be prepared on request.
