After landing, your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals with a name board, assists with the luggage and walks you directly to the vehicle. Rosewood Vienna has its own discreet driveway at the main entrance from Petersplatz - drop-off is performed directly at the historic 1843 facade, a few steps from the Sense of Place ambassador-staffed reception. The specific feature of the last leg: Petersplatz is a strict pedestrian zone of the Innere Stadt, but Rosewood has a vehicle entry permit from Tuchlauben. The chauffeur coordinates the drop-off moment with the hotel concierge - this matters in the evening when Tuchlauben (premium shopping) sees heavy traffic, and on Sundays when St. Peter's Church holds masses. During peak traffic (07:00-09:00 and 16:00-18:00) the bottlenecks are the A23 Praterbrücke, Schwedenplatz and Stephansplatz - we plan 10-15 minutes of buffer. During Wiener Festwochen, Vienna Fashion Week and the Petersplatz Christkindlmarkt we add another 15-20 minutes.

Included service covers meet and greet, live flight tracking, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, luggage assistance, still and sparkling water on board and child seats on request.
