After landing, your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals with a name board, assists with the luggage and walks you directly to the vehicle. Le Méridien has its own discreet driveway at the main entrance from Robert-Stolz-Platz - drop-off is performed directly at the designer facade above the Ringstrasse, a few steps from the Le Méridien Hub-style reception. The specific feature of the last leg: Robert-Stolz-Platz is a square in the first district with access from the Opernring, but the hotel has a reserved porte-cochère with doormen. The chauffeur coordinates the drop-off moment with the hotel concierge - this matters in the evening when the State Opera stages a premiere. During peak traffic (07:00-09:00 and 16:00-18:00) the bottlenecks are the A23 Praterbrücke, Opernring and Karlsplatz - we plan 10-15 minutes of buffer. During the Vienna Opera Ball (February), the Christkindlmarkt (December), Wiener Festwochen (May-June) and Vienna Fashion Week we add another 15-20 minutes.
Included service covers meet and greet, live flight tracking, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, luggage assistance, still and sparkling water on board and child seats on request. We also handle return transfers for very early departures after State Opera performances, Albertina events or Hofburg galas. After the airport transfer we offer full-day hourly dispatch with Mercedes S-Class or V-Class for excursions to Schloss Schönbrunn (8 km), Schloss Belvedere (3 km), Klosterneuburg, Bratislava (60 km) and to the Wachau Valley wine region and the Heuriger taverns of Grinzing. In the evening we transport guests to Vienna restaurants - Steirereck, Tian, Konstantin Filippou, Shambala - or to concerts at the Musikverein and Konzerthaus, with the chauffeur waiting and returning to the hotel. For guests with a shopping agenda on Kärntner Strasse and around the Hofburg we also offer short shopping transfers between the Cartier, Hermès and Tiffany & Co. boutiques.
