After landing, your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals with a name board, assists with the luggage and walks you directly to the vehicle. Grand Ferdinand has its own driveway at the main entrance from Schubertring - drop-off is performed at the representative facade with the awning, a few steps from the butler-style reception. The specific feature of the last leg: Schubertring is a stretch of the Ringstrasse with intense diplomatic and taxi traffic, but the hotel has a reserved drop-off zone at the facade. The chauffeur coordinates the drop-off moment with the hotel concierge - this matters in the evening when the Konzerthaus and Wiener Musikverein host performances. During peak traffic (07:00-09:00 and 16:00-18:00) the bottlenecks are the A23 Praterbrücke and Schwarzenbergplatz - we plan 10-15 minutes of buffer. During the Vienna Opera Ball (February), the Christkindlmarkt (December) and Wiener Festwochen (May-June) we add another 15-20 minutes.

Included service covers meet and greet, live flight tracking, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, luggage assistance, still and sparkling water on board and child seats on request. We also handle return transfers for very early departures after concerts, Konzerthaus events or galas. For couples celebrating occasions we assign Mercedes S-Class with pearl welcome, for families V-Class. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. Cash is not accepted.

After the airport transfer we offer full-day hourly dispatch with Mercedes S-Class or V-Class for excursions to Schloss Schönbrunn (10 km), Schloss Belvedere (1.5 km), Klosterneuburg, Bratislava (60 km) and to the Wachau Valley wine region and the Heuriger taverns of Grinzing. In the evening we transport guests to Vienna restaurants - Steirereck, Tian, Konstantin Filippou, Restaurant Grand Etage - or to concerts at the Musikverein and Konzerthaus, with the chauffeur waiting and returning to the hotel. For couples with a wedding ceremony at the Karlskirche or Palais Liechtenstein we also coordinate wedding-guest transfers with full discretion.
