After landing, your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals with a name board, assists with the luggage and walks you directly to the vehicle. Hotel Imperial has its own discreet driveway at the main entrance from Kärntner Ring - drop-off is performed directly at the historic palatial facade with its columned portico, a few steps from the butler-staffed reception. The specific feature of the last leg: the Ringstraße is the main artery of the inner ring, and Kärntner Ring sees intense diplomatic limousine traffic. The chauffeur coordinates the drop-off moment with the hotel concierge - this matters during state visits when the area is secured by protection services. During peak traffic (07:00-09:00 and 16:00-18:00) the bottlenecks are the A23 Praterbrücke, Schwarzenbergplatz and Karlsplatz - we plan 10-15 minutes of buffer. During Wiener Festwochen, the December Christkindlmarkt and state visits we add another 15-20 minutes.

Included service covers meet and greet, live flight tracking, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, luggage assistance, still and sparkling water on board and child seats on request. We also handle return transfers for very early departures after state events or opera galas. For couples celebrating occasions we assign Mercedes S-Class with pearl welcome, for state delegations V-Class with a discreet chauffeur. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. Cash is not accepted.

Hotel Imperial Vienna is popular with official state delegations, monarchs and heads of state on visits to Vienna, diplomats accredited to UN Vienna and couples celebrating occasions in imperial style. After the airport transfer we offer full-day hourly dispatch with Mercedes S-Class or V-Class for excursions to Schloss Schönbrunn, Schloss Belvedere, the Karlskirche, Klosterneuburg and to the Wachau Valley and Bratislava. In the evening we transport guests to Vienna restaurants - Steirereck, Tian, Vestibül, Restaurant Opus - or to concerts at the Musikverein, Konzerthaus and Volksoper, with the chauffeur waiting and returning to the hotel. For state delegations we also offer transport between the Hofburg (presidential residence), the Austrian Parliament and the embassies on Argentinierstraße, with the discretion required for state-level service.
