After landing, your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals with a name board, assists with the luggage and walks you directly to the vehicle. Park Hyatt has its own comfortable driveway at the main entrance from Am Hof - drop-off is performed directly at the historic facade with its former bank portal, a few steps from the butler-staffed reception. The specific feature of the last leg: Am Hof Square and the surrounding lanes (Tuchlauben, Bognergasse) lie in the Innere Stadt restricted-traffic zone, but Park Hyatt has a vehicle entry permit from Naglergasse. The chauffeur coordinates the drop-off moment with the hotel concierge - this matters in the evening when Tuchlauben (premium shopping street) sees heavy delivery traffic. During peak traffic (07:00-09:00 and 16:00-18:00) the bottlenecks are the A23 Praterbrücke and Donaukanal - we plan 10-15 minutes of buffer. During Wiener Festwochen, Wiener Eistraum and the Am Hof Christkindlmarkt we add another 15-20 minutes.

Included service covers meet and greet, live flight tracking, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, luggage assistance, still and sparkling water on board and child seats on request. We also handle return transfers for very early departures after finance events or tech congresses. For couples we assign Mercedes S-Class with pearl welcome, for business delegations V-Class with Wi-Fi and space for presentation equipment. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. Cash is not accepted.

After the airport transfer we offer full-day hourly dispatch with Mercedes S-Class or V-Class for excursions to Schloss Schönbrunn, Klosterneuburg, Bratislava and to the Wachau Valley and Heuriger Grinzing. In the evening we transport guests to Vienna restaurants - Steirereck, Tian, Konstantin Filippou, Bank Brasserie & Bar - or to concerts at the Musikverein and Konzerthaus, with the chauffeur waiting and returning to the Am Hof hotel driveway. For finance delegations we also set up regular shuttle service between the hotel and the Erste Group headquarters at Am Belvedere and Raiffeisen Bank International at Am Stadtpark.
