Meidling is an operationally convenient district — wide streets (Altmannsdorfer Strasse, Schönbrunner Strasse), no pedestrian zones outside Meidlinger Hauptstrasse and easy access for all vehicle types. Bahnhof Wien-Meidling has a large car park and a drop-off zone on the Eichenstrasse side — we direct passengers to the arrivals level. During the morning peak (07:00-09:00) traffic on Schönbrunner Strasse toward the city centre can be heavy due to commuters from the Innere Stadt. For passengers with morning Railjet departures from Wien-Meidling we plan a 15-minute buffer.
