Hotel Daniel has its own discreet driveway at the main entrance from Landstraßer Gürtel - drop-off is performed directly at the minimalist facade with the iconic Daniel signage, a few steps from the designer reception desk. The specific feature of the last leg: Landstraßer Gürtel is a city artery with good access, the hotel has a reserved drop-off spot at the entrance with a doorman. The chauffeur coordinates the drop-off moment with the hotel concierge - drop-off is efficient thanks to the direct connection with Belvedere Garten Park. During peak traffic (07:00-09:00 and 16:00-18:00) the bottlenecks are the A23 Praterbrücke and the Gürtel - we plan 10-15 minutes of buffer. During Hauptbahnhof conferences, Schloss Belvedere exhibitions and the Christkindlmarkt we add another 15-20 minutes.

Included service covers meet and greet, live flight tracking, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, luggage assistance, still and sparkling water on board and child seats on request. We also handle return transfers for very early departures after conferences, Schloss Belvedere events or cultural evenings. For couples celebrating occasions we assign Mercedes E-Class or S-Class with pearl welcome, for families V-Class. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. In the evening we transport guests to Vienna restaurants - Steirereck, Tian, Konstantin Filippou, Daniel Garden - or to concerts at the Musikverein and Konzerthaus, with the chauffeur waiting and returning to the hotel. For guests with an art agenda we also offer short transfers between Schloss Belvedere, Albertina Modern, Leopold Museum and mumok in MuseumsQuartier.
