From Krakow Airport to AGH is about 14 km, and the ride usually takes 28-40 minutes. The route uses the ring road and Aleja 29 Listopada, then Mickiewicza Avenue. The final stretch runs between Błonia and Planty - an area with intense student and tram-line passenger traffic, which during conference peak can slow the last 500 metres.

The conference centre has a separate entrance from Mickiewicza Avenue with a dedicated drop-off zone for conference vehicles. Some conferences (Devoxx Poland) also use the A-0 auditorium, accessed from Reymonta Street.
