From Krakow Airport to AGH is about 14 km, and the ride usually takes 28-40 minutes. The route uses the ring road and Aleja 29 Listopada, then Mickiewicza Avenue. The final stretch runs between Błonia and Planty - an area with intense student and tram-line passenger traffic, which during conference peak can slow the last 500 metres. The conference centre has a separate entrance from Mickiewicza Avenue with a dedicated drop-off zone for conference vehicles. Some conferences (Devoxx Poland) also use the A-0 auditorium, accessed from Reymonta Street.
After landing, your chauffeur meets you in arrivals with a name board, assists with luggage, conference equipment and speaker materials, walks you to the car and drops off at the correct AGH campus entrance. For Devoxx Poland speakers, doctoral defence guests and AI/ML symposia panellists we synchronise arrival with the presentation slot - usually 30-60 minutes before, due to technical check-in. For multi-day industry delegations we arrange the return transfer and synchronise with city-centre hotels.
We serve scientists and IT conference speakers, industry experts (mining, energy, AI/ML), doctoral defence guests, conference organisers and corporate delegations sponsoring AGH events.
Arrival logistics
AGH sits at Mickiewicza Avenue 30, on the edge of Krakow's Planty, outside zone A. Standard drop-off is at the conference centre entrance from Mickiewicza Avenue. For some conferences (Devoxx) the drop-off is at the A-0 auditorium from Reymonta Street. During conference peak it is worth allowing extra time for traffic around Planty.
