From Krakow Airport to Forum Przestrzenie is about 17 km, and the ride usually takes 30-45 minutes. The route uses the ring road and Konopnickiej Street, then the Vistula Boulevards. Forum sits at a very characteristic junction - the Grunwaldzkie Roundabout and Dębnicki Bridge - near ICE and Manggha, so during simultaneous ICE congresses and area festivals traffic in this part of Krakow can become dynamic. Forum is not in zone A and has its own driveway from Konopnickiej Street.
After landing, your chauffeur meets you in arrivals with a name board, assists with luggage and event materials (Forum regularly hosts events with substantial production equipment), walks you to the car and drops off at the Forum driveway at Konopnickiej 28. For event managers running festivals, concerts and brand activations we coordinate access to the backstage zone or production entrance. For conference after-party guests from ICE we synchronise transfer between the two addresses - a 200 m distance, but at event peak in the evening a confirmed drop-off point matters.

Forum Przestrzenie sits at Konopnickiej 28, right next to ICE and Manggha, outside zone A. Standard drop-off is at the main entrance. For festivals and concerts with a dedicated backstage we coordinate the production entrance with the organiser. With simultaneous events at ICE and Forum it is worth allowing extra time for traffic around Grunwaldzkie Roundabout.
