From Krakow Airport to the museum is about 15 km, and the ride usually takes 30-45 minutes. The route uses the ring road and Aleja 29 Listopada, then Basztowa Street, with the final approach into the Old Town. Pijarska Street is in the restricted-traffic zone, so for premium clients we drop off at the nearest permitted point - usually Sławkowska, Floriańska Street from the gate side, or Plac Św. Jana. The chauffeur walks the final stretch with your luggage. For guests with a private guide and clients of VIP events around the Leonardo painting (the museum hosts such events outside opening hours) we agree a specific entry slot.
After landing, your chauffeur meets you in arrivals with a name board, assists with luggage and walks you to the car parked in the designated pickup area. For Renaissance connoisseurs, premium museum clients and National Museum sponsors we synchronise arrival with the gallery opening or your booked time slot - "Lady with an Ermine" has its own room with climate control, and queues can be significant in season.
We serve Renaissance and European old master connoisseurs, premium museum clients with a private guide, National Museum sponsors, organisers of VIP events around the painting, and cultural delegations combining a visit with a downtown agenda.
