From Krakow Airport to the Main Square is around 15 km, and depending on the time of day the ride takes 30-45 minutes. The last few kilometres run into the Old Town, where the Main Square lies in zone A, closed to vehicles without a permit. For premium clients we drop off at the nearest permitted point (typically Sienna Street, Mariacki Square from Floriańska side, or Św. Anny near the zone A gate), and the chauffeur walks the final stretch with your luggage if needed. For museum guests with a timed visit we synchronise arrival with the gallery opening and your booked entry slot.
After landing, your chauffeur meets you in arrivals with a name board, assists with suitcases and materials, and drives you to the car parked in the designated pickup area. For cultural guests, museum visitors and passengers attending evening events on the Main Square we recommend planning arrival with a buffer - in the afternoon hours, traffic to zone A slows down due to tourist flow and restaurant deliveries. During festivals and open-air concerts the square is partially closed to vehicles, so the pickup point is always confirmed in advance.
We handle individual museum visitors, cultural delegations, exhibition curators, conference groups walking down from ICE for lunch on the Square, and couples arriving for evening concerts. This is a sensible option for guests who want to avoid improvisation inside the restricted-traffic zone and have one chauffeur accountable for getting them to the right point near the Cloth Hall.
