At this hotel, the final minutes of the ride matter most. Floriańska is a representative pedestrian street, so a direct stop at number 14 is not always possible. Your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals with a name board, tracks the flight and helps with the luggage, then brings you as close as possible to the hotel entrance. If current city-centre conditions do not allow a direct approach, we stop at the nearest legal point around Matejko Square, Pijarska or the St. Florian area and assist with the luggage all the way to reception.

The fare includes live flight tracking, 60 minutes of waiting after landing, bottled water, luggage assistance and the operational handling required for access in the strict centre. We also organise return transfers at dawn or late at night, when timing around Floriańska and a quick exit from the Old Town are especially important. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. Cash is not accepted.
