From Krakow Airport to Galeria Krakowska is about 14 km, and the ride usually takes 25-40 minutes. The route uses the ring road and Aleja 29 Listopada, with the final approach via Pawia Street or Lubicz Street - during Main Station peak passenger hours, lunch peaks in the food court and evening premieres at Cinema City, the area can become busy. The mall has an underground car park accessed from Pawia, but for premium transfers we standardly drop off at the kiss-and-ride zone in front of the main entrance, from where every point inside the centre is up to 5 minutes away.
After landing, your chauffeur meets you in arrivals with a name board, assists with luggage and event materials, and walks you to the car. For event managers running a fashion show or press call we synchronise arrival with the production entrance, since guest entries and production entries operate on separate schedules. For business delegations combining the mall with meetings at the Stary Hotel, Sheraton or Radisson Blu we drop off directly at the right entrance instead of ending the ride at the general drop-off zone.

Arrival logistics
Standard drop-off is the kiss-and-ride zone in front of the Galeria Krakowska main entrance at Pawia 5. For events with a dedicated production entrance (fashion shows, press calls) we coordinate the service gate with mall management. During Main Station peak hours (Monday morning, Friday evening) and evening cinema premieres it is worth allowing extra time.
