Krakow Airport (KRK) → Hotel Copernicus transfer

On request we coordinate the arrival moment with reception so that hotel staff are ready to receive luggage. For families we prepare a child seat or booster, and for larger luggage loads or photo equipment we assign the right vehicle type.

Bottled water is available on board, and a later-than-planned landing does not generate a surcharge. The fare includes live flight tracking, meet and greet, 60 minutes of waiting after landing, luggage assistance and the full operational handling required for access to Kanonicza.

We also organise return transfers in the early morning and late evening when a smooth exit from the historic area matters most. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. Cash is not accepted.

Hotel Copernicus on Kanonicza 16 - one of the most intimate addresses in Krakow, where Pope John Paul II stayed twice - is chosen by couples celebrating occasions, boutique luxury connoisseurs drawn to the Renaissance architecture, and opera guests of the Krakow Opera and Krakow Philharmonic.

The proximity of Wawel Castle (a few dozen steps) allows walks to the Dragon's Den, Wawel Cathedral and along the Vistula Boulevards. After the airport transfer we offer full-day hourly dispatch with Mercedes S-Class or V-Class for excursions to Auschwitz-Birkenau, Wieliczka, Ojców National Park, Zakopane and the castles at Pieskowa Skała and Niedzica.

In the evening we transport guests to Krakow restaurants - Pod Aniołami, Wierzynek, Resto Illuminati, Cyrano de Bergerac - or to the in-house Copernicus restaurant with its historic cellar, with the chauffeur waiting and returning to Kanonicza.

For couples with a wedding ceremony at Krzysztofory Palace we also coordinate wedding-guest transfers with the discretion required.
