From Krakow Airport to Wisła Stadium is about 14 km, and the ride usually takes 30-45 minutes. The route uses the ring road and Aleja 29 Listopada, then Mickiewicza Avenue and Reymonta Street. At match peak the final stretch can slow by 15-20 minutes, especially during Cracovia derbies when city logistics is geared towards separating the two clubs' supporters. The stadium's VIP zone has a dedicated entry from Reymonta Street with reserved parking for hospitality and sponsor guests.
After landing, your chauffeur meets you in arrivals with a name board, assists with luggage and event materials, and walks you to the car. For VIP guests, organisational partners and sponsors we coordinate drop-off at the correct gate - different from the main stand fan entry, where ticket and ID checks apply. For concert artists and production crews we agree backstage access with the organiser. Post-event pickup is planned away from the densest exit flow, often a few blocks from the stadium.
We serve Wisła fans with premium tickets, organisers of international tour concerts, hospitality zone guests, sponsors and corporates holding seasonal boxes. For guests from the other side of Polish Ekstraklasa (away fans, official club delegations) we provide transfer with discreet arrival logistics.
Arrival logistics
Wisła Stadium has separate entries for main stand fans, away fans and the VIP zone (from Reymonta Street with reserved parking). On match and concert days nearby streets (Reymonta, Mickiewicza, Wrocławska) are sometimes closed or subject to no-parking zones. During Cracovia derbies the city logistics separates supporters of the two clubs - the drop-off point is always agreed in advance.
