After landing, your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals with a name board and walks you to the car. The Main Square is a strict pedestrian Zone A - entry by car is allowed only with City Guard permission for short luggage drop-off. In practice we stop at pl. Wszystkich Świętych or pl. Mariacki - the nearest legal approach points - and the chauffeur walks you the short final stretch (40-100 metres) to the Wentzl reception while carrying the luggage. The concierge is notified in advance and collects the bags at the doorway. This is the standard solution for Main Square hotels and stays comfortable thanks to the short distance.
