Kraków's Old Town is the historic heart of the city and the most common destination from Balice Airport for business travellers, honeymooners, families and corporate delegations. The route runs via the A4 motorway and Armii Krajowej Avenue, taking 30-40 minutes in regular traffic.

During peak hours (7:30-9:30 and 15:30-18:30) the transfer extends to 50-60 minutes and we build that buffer into pickup planning.

Pickup happens in the meet & greet area on the arrivals level, where the chauffeur waits with a name board. Flight status is tracked in real time and departure from the airport is adjusted if the plane is delayed, with no additional charge.

Drop-off inside the Old Town requires familiarity with the restricted traffic zone. The Main Square, Floriańska, Grodzka and Kanonicza streets are accessible only to permitted vehicles - our chauffeurs hold the necessary permits and deliver guests directly to hotel entrances.

In a few pedestrian-only pockets (such as the area around St. Mary's Basilica after 18:00) we stop at the nearest legal curb and assist with luggage for the final 50-100 metres.

For guests staying at Bonerowski Palace, Hotel Stary, Pod Różą, Copernicus, Francuski, Senacki, Unicus Palace or Radisson Blu we coordinate with concierge teams for discreet check-in. Late-night transfers (after 22:00) and early-morning pickups (before 06:00) use alternative routing via Basztowa and Dunajewskiego, cutting 5-8 minutes off the journey.

The fare is fixed at booking and includes luggage, child seats, traffic variability and night hours. A VAT invoice is issued on request after the ride.
