After landing, your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals with a name board, assists with the luggage and walks you to the car. Floriańska is a pedestrian street inside the Old Town restricted zone, so we do not drive directly to the hotel doorway. We stop at the nearest legal point - usually on Basztowa next to the Barbican or on pl. św. Ducha - and the chauffeur walks you the short final stretch (60-120 metres) to reception while carrying the luggage. The Hotel Indigo concierge is notified in advance and collects bags at the entrance.
