VIP shuttle in Katowice

A VIP shuttle means running repeated journeys for a group of guests: several cars, agreed times, one coordinator and the passenger list held on our side. Katowice is a city where the format applies all year — the Spodek arena and the neighbouring International Congress Centre host economic congresses, esports tournaments and concerts, the NOSPR concert hall runs its own symphonic calendar, and the Silesian Stadium in Chorzów lies a dozen or so kilometres away.

The common denominator never changes: several hundred guests, one narrow time window and an approach that cannot be improvised.

The standard scenario starts at hotels in central Katowice and ends at the guest entrance. Shuttle runs follow an agreed rhythm — for instance every twenty minutes before the opening session and every half hour after the evening block.

Airport pickups are planned through Pyrzowice (KTW), 30 km to the north, with a 35-45 minute run into the centre on the A1; for long-haul arrivals we add Krakow-Balice, 80-90 km away on the A4. On major event days the chauffeurs know the permitted approach zones around the Ziętka roundabout and the Culture Zone, so the car stops where it is entitled to stop.
