After landing, your chauffeur meets you in arrivals with a Best Western Premier Forum name board, assists with the luggage and walks you to the vehicle. The hotel has a large parking lot and a covered guest driveway in front of the main entrance from Bytkowska Street - drop-off takes place at the sheltered entry, a few steps from reception. Particularity of the final leg: the location next to Silesia City Center mall means that on weekends and pre-Christmas season access to the hotel remains smooth but the mall parking can be crowded - the hotel has its own large guest parking. During peak traffic (07:00-09:00 and 15:00-18:00) the S1 exits and DK86 are bottlenecks - we plan 6-10 minutes of buffer (the left-side-of-center location is easier than the Culture Zone). After 21:00 the transfer shortens to 28-35 minutes.
