After landing, your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals with a name board, assists with the luggage and walks you directly to the vehicle. Park Hotel Diament has its own comfortable driveway at the main entrance from Wita Stwosza Street, with a large hotel car park - drop-off is performed directly at the porticoed door, a few steps from reception. This matters for training delegations with several suitcases and presentation equipment. During peak traffic (07:00-09:00 and 15:00-18:00) the bottlenecks are the S1/A4 exits and the DTŚ - we plan 8-12 minutes of buffer. During Intel Extreme Masters and EEC we add another 10-15 minutes. After 21:00 the transfer shortens to 34-42 minutes.
Included service covers meet and greet, live flight tracking, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, luggage assistance, bottled water and child seats on request. We also handle return transfers for very early departures after training wrap-up. For training delegations we assign V-Class with equipment space, for couples and premium guests S-Class. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. Cash is not accepted.
Park Hotel Diament is popular with medical industry training delegations, pharmaceutical congresses and franchise meetings using the Diamentowa Akademia facilities. For such groups we set up regular shuttle service between the hotel and ICC Katowice, Spodek and the DL Center Point and Silesia Business Park office complexes. In the evening we transport guests to Katowice restaurants - Lalka Bistro, Restauracja Czerwone Wino, Hibernatus, Tatiana - with the chauffeur waiting and returning to the hotel. We also arrange full-day hourly dispatch with excursions to Auschwitz-Birkenau, Wieliczka, Pszczyna and the Tyskie Breweries.
