After landing, your chauffeur meets you in arrivals with a Hotel Bania name board, assists with the luggage (including ski equipment and child strollers) and walks you to the vehicle. The hotel has a large parking lot and a covered driveway in front of the main entrance - drop-off takes place a few steps from reception, directly next to the entry to Terma Bania. Particularity of the route: the last 60 km from Krakow is the mountain road DK49 through Pieniny and Podhale - serpentines, speed limits and in winter frequent snowfall. During the ski season (December-March) and winter school holidays we add 30-45 minutes of buffer for traffic and snow clearing. We always use vehicles with winter tyres and chains in the kit - on request Mercedes V-Class 4MATIC with all-wheel drive. In summer the route shortens to 2 hours 10 minutes.

Hotel Bania Bialka Tatrzanska is popular with families with children from all over Poland (and from the Czech Republic and Slovakia) thanks to the unique combination of the Bania aquapark and the Kotelnica ski complex. For families we transport the entire set (2-4 ski sets, strollers, pools, bottles) at no surcharge. We also organise full-day hourly dispatch with excursions to Zakopane (20 km, 30 min - Krupowki, Gubalowka, Morskie Oko), to Bukowina Tatrzanska and Terma Bukovina (8 km), to Niedzica (Dunajec castle, 25 km), to Krakow (95 km) and to Czorsztyn and the Dunajec raft trip (30 km). In summer we recommend a 10-hour dispatch around the High Tatras - Morskie Oko, Hala Gasienicowa, Tatranska Lomnica (Slovakia). In the evening we drive guests to highlander inns in Bukowina and Zakopane - with the chauffeur waiting and returning to the hotel.
