After landing, your chauffeur meets you in arrivals with a Qubus Hotel name board, assists with the luggage and walks you to the vehicle. The hotel has a driveway from Uniwersytecka Street with a designated guest drop-off bay - you step out a few meters from the main entrance, with direct access to reception. Particularity of the final leg: Uniwersytecka Street is sometimes temporarily restricted on Spodek event days (concerts, IEM, championships) - the chauffeur coordinates with the hotel concierge for alternative approaches from al. Roodzielenskiego. During peak traffic (07:00-09:00 and 15:00-18:00) the S1 exits create bottlenecks - we plan 8-12 minutes of buffer. After 21:00 the transfer shortens to 30-38 minutes. During MCK trade events (EEC, OEES, IT Summit) we add 10-15 minutes on the Culture Zone entry side.
The included service covers meet and greet, live flight tracking, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, luggage assistance, still and sparkling water on board and child seats on request. We handle return transfers, including early departures after conference wrap-up - the hotel offers flexible check-out and 24-hour reception. For such clients we set up regular shuttles between the hotel and MCK and Spodek - 2-3 minutes by car, but on event days chauffeur service is faster than parking in the area. We also organise full-day hourly dispatch with excursions to Auschwitz-Birkenau (75 km, 80-95 min), the Wieliczka Salt Mine (90 km), Pszczyna and the Tyskie Breweries (40 km) and to Krakow (Mercedes E or V, about 90 minutes). In the evening we drive guests to Katowice restaurants - Lalka Bistro, Hibernatus, Restauracja Czerwone Wino - with the chauffeur waiting and returning to the hotel. For Spodek over-bookers we offer a transfer + 2-3 hour dispatch package with pick-up after the concert.
