During peak traffic (07:00-09:00 and 15:00-18:00) the bottleneck is the S1 exits and DTŚ traffic - we plan 8-12 minutes of buffer. During Intel Extreme Masters and EEC we add another 15-20 minutes on the entry side, as the Culture Zone receives very heavy pedestrian and vehicle traffic. After 21:00 the transfer typically shortens to 32-38 minutes.
Included service covers meet and greet, live flight tracking, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, luggage assistance, bottled water and child seats on request. We also handle return transfers for very early departures after ICC Katowice or Spodek events - the hotel has flexible check-out and Sokolska Street is accessible at any hour. For conference delegations we match the vehicle class to the actual passenger count and conference luggage volume. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. For these groups we arrange regular shuttle service between the hotel and Spodek, ICC Katowice, the Silesian Museum and NOSPR (the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra concert hall) in the Culture Zone. After session or concert wrap-up we transport guests to Katowice restaurants - Lalka Bistro, Restauracja Czerwone Wino, Hibernatus, Tatiana - with the chauffeur waiting and returning to the hotel. We also arrange full-day hourly dispatch with Mercedes E-Class or V-Class for excursions to Auschwitz-Birkenau, Wieliczka, the Tyskie Brewery and Pszczyna. For couples combining a conference stay with a weekend we also plan routes across Upper Silesia and to the Silesian Beskids.
