Katowice Airport (KTW) → Novotel Katowice Centrum transfer

After landing, your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals with a name board, assists with the luggage and walks you directly to the vehicle. Novotel has its own comfortable driveway at the main entrance from Roździeńskiego Avenue, with a large hotel car park - drop-off is performed directly at the porticoed door, a few steps from reception. This matters for families with child seats and several bags. During peak traffic (07:00-09:00 and 15:00-18:00) the bottlenecks are the S1/A4 exits and DTŚ - we plan 8-12 minutes of buffer. During Intel Extreme Masters and Spodek concerts we add another 12-18 minutes on the entry side. After 21:00 the transfer typically shortens to 30-36 minutes.

Included service covers meet and greet, live flight tracking, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, luggage assistance, bottled water and a child seat or booster on request - this matters because Novotel is a family hotel and we frequently transport guests with children. We also handle return transfers for very early departures. For families we assign V-Class with child seats and luggage space, for couples S-Class. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. Cash is not accepted.

Novotel Katowice Centrum is popular with families with children attending Spodek concerts and ICC Katowice events (Family Suites programme), weekend guests from Czechia and Germany who value the Accor network and conference delegations travelling with partners. For families we organise full-day hourly dispatch with Mercedes V-Class with child seats - excursions to Auschwitz-Birkenau (with appropriate guidance for older children), Wieliczka, Silesian Park, the amusement park (Wesołe Miasteczko) and Pszczyna. In the evening we transport guests to Katowice restaurants - Tatiana, Lalka Bistro, Hibernatus - with the chauffeur waiting and returning to the hotel.
