Bytom city centre requires familiarity with an industrial town in restructuring — many Old Town streets have one-way sections and Plac Wolności is partly pedestrianised. During the morning (07:00-09:00) and afternoon (15:30-17:30) peaks, the DTŚ between Katowice and Bytom is congested due to GZM commuter traffic. The Silesian Opera has its own drop-off zone on Moniuszki Street — the chauffeur drives directly to the entrance for evening performances. Hotels Diament and Magnat have their own driveways.

The fare is fixed and confirmed before travel; flight tracking, arrivals pickup with a name board and 60 minutes of waiting after landing are included.
