After landing, your chauffeur meets you in arrivals with a Hotel Stok name board, assists with the luggage (including skis and boots - we have experience with ski set transport) and walks you to the vehicle. The hotel has a large parking lot and a covered driveway in front of the main entrance from Salmopolska Street - drop-off takes place a few steps from reception. Particularity of the route: the last 25 km along the Wapienica valley has serpentines and light traffic - during the ski season (December-March) and on weekends we add 15-20 minutes of buffer for traffic and potential snow clearing. For winter safety we always use vehicles with winter tyres and chains in the kit - on request Mercedes V-Class 4MATIC with all-wheel drive. During peak periods (winter break, school holidays) the route may extend to 1 hour 55 minutes.
The included service covers meet and greet, live flight tracking, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, luggage and ski equipment assistance, still and sparkling water on board and child seats on request. We handle return transfers, including early Monday departures after a ski weekend - the hotel offers flexible check-out and a 24-hour reception. For families with children and ski equipment we assign Mercedes V-Class with space for 4 ski sets and luggage; for couples Mercedes E-Class or S-Class. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. VAT invoices are issued automatically.
Hotel Stok Szczyrk is the most famous ski hotel in the Silesian Beskids and is popular with winter skiers using the Szczyrk Mountain Resort (Skrzyczne, Klimczok, Skalite, Salmopol - 40 km of trails in total), families with children (the hotel aquapark and Skrzyczne cable car) and couples seeking a weekend stay with spa. For skiers we transport the entire set - skis, boots, helmets, poles - at no surcharge. We also organise full-day hourly dispatch with excursions to Zywiec and the Zywiec Brewery (35 km), to Wisla and Stozek (40 km), to Bielsko-Biala and Cieszyn (25 km) and to Pszczyna (50 km). In summer we recommend 8-hour dispatch around the Silesian Beskids - Klimczok, Szyndzielnia, Hala Mietusia, Skoczow. In the evening we drive guests to Beskid restaurants and inns - with the chauffeur waiting and returning to the hotel.
